I have worked at the Harrow Youth Stop since August 2017. I have been a qualified Careers Adviser for almost five years. I’ve previously worked with young people who were having personal difficulties which prevented them from accessing education, training or employment, I have also worked with adults, supporting them to make positive lifestyle changes. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays I work in a local High School providing careers information, advice and guidance to students in years 7 to 13. Once a month on a Wednesday I’m at the Young Parents group at Whitefriars Children’s centre. You can drop in to see me at the Harrow Youth Stop on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 1.30-5pm. When I was 16, I wanted to be a hairdresser.
Fun Fact: You never know what colour my hair will be when you come into HYS!
