Harrow Horizons support children and young people in Harrow with their emotional health and well-being. They work with children and young people under 18 years old (up to 25 years old for those with special educational needs and disabilities) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, bullying, separation and loss or self-harm.

Mental Health Support Services

How we support people

We offer support through our website, national helpline, group, zoom, telephone or one-to-one in person support. We want to make sure everyone grieving gets the help they need in a way that works for them.  We have a specially trained dedicated team of 4,000 bereavement volunteers.

Harrow Cove is a service where individuals can go if they are experiencing a mental health crisis. You can simply turn up, no appointment necessary.

We are a safe, inviting, and inclusive space for individuals who are struggling to cope with their mental health and daily life. On meeting with service users we aim to support them to reduce their immediate anxiety and crisis.

We are open from 2-10pm Monday - Sunday, 365 days a year.
